Narrative Ethics in Clinical Medicine

1.      Draw together experience as a clinical ethicist with training in literary theory to show how a narrative approach alters current paradigms in clinical bioethics.

2.      Provide guidance for clinical ethicists, bioethics students, and humanities scholars in this approach to clinical ethics.

3.     Offer the lay public an understanding of how narrative ethics works in clinical medicine.

4.      Write and publish 3 monographs intended to serve as the foundation for a book on narrative ethics in clinical medicine.
