EDITING A HEALTH EDUCATION BOOK FOR GRADE 7-9 SCHOOLS IN EGYPT

The objectives of the project include:

- Provide more than 7 million adolescents in preliminary schools in Egypt and probably some other Arab countries, with their needs and right for general and reproductive health information.

- Correct misinformation and misconceptions prevalent among young people and provide them with answers to their questions and concerns.

- Help students acquire appropriate values, attitudes and practices related to health behaviors that will protect them from disease and risks in the present and future.

- Encourage decent and friendly relationship with family, peers and other gender.

- Motivate young people to attain a healthy lifestyle that would ensure safety and well-being.
