Freedom of Mind in the Age of Neuroscience
His research interests lie at the intersection of law and the mind-sciences. In his PhD thesis, he develops a human right to mental self-determination.
Christoph has worked in projects concerning cognitive enhancement and has written on issues such as coerced psychiatric interventions, free will and the liberal state, and criminal justice. During his stay at the Brocher Foundation, he will write on a book about the venerable right to freedom of thought and conscience, re-interpreted in the light of neuroscientific findings.
