Towards standards for legitimate restrictions of economic, social and cultural rights during a public health emergency

Research conducted during my residency will have two primary objectives:

(1) Objective One: Outline and assess the different approaches being used in international and regional human rights law to adjudicate restrictions of economic, social and cultural rights; and

(2) Objective two: Consider the feasibility of these approaches for developing a set of principles to govern restrictions of economic, social and cultural rights during public health emergencies.
