Protection of (Deceased) Human Subjects - Is It Necessary and Viable?
Dena Davis has degrees in law and in religion. She has just completed two decades of teaching law and bioethics at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and is moving on to Lehigh University, where she will hold the Presidential Endowed Chair in Health/Humanities and Social Sciences. Davis's most recent book is GENETIC DILEMMAS, 2d edition (Oxford University Press, 2010). At Brocher, Davis is working on a project related to the recognition of interests of deceased persons whose stored biological tissue is used in medical research.
